Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all tags attached
  • Item must be in its original packaging
  • Return must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
  • A valid proof of purchase is required

Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on beanies, hats (including baseball caps and brimmed hats), or any undergarments if the original packaging has been opened.

Step 2: Wait for Approval

Our team will review your request within 1-2 business days and email you:

  • Return authorization (if approved)
  • Return shipping address
  • Special instructions if applicable

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Once approved:

  • Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging
  • Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip
  • Ship to the address provided in your return authorization
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service

Step 4: Processing

Once we receive your return:

  • Allow 3-5 business days for inspection and processing
  • For exchanges: We’ll ship your replacement item immediately after approval
  • For refunds: See below for refund processing times

Refund Information

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days after processing
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover the shipping cost of the replacement item to the original shipping address.
