  • Free Shipping (Orders over $50):
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipping

Note: We ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote areas. International customers may be responsible for customs fees or import taxes.

Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind the quality of our workwear and tactical clothing from trusted brands like 5.11 Tactical, Carhartt, Ariat, and Bulwark. If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer returns or exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all tags attached
  • Item must be in its original packaging
  • Return must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
  • A valid proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on beanies, hats (including baseball caps and brimmed hats), or any undergarments if the original packaging has been opened.

Refund Information
